Be very cautious of ‘teaming’ with these folks. If you’re thinking about it I’d make sure and ask for examples of teams they’ve successfully been a part of. City of Roslyn for example. My direct experience is G&O looks out for G&O and will tell a City anything they can to cut out the people that brought them in on the project/s .
