Response time is good, attitude last year 2018 when I called in on my neighbor burning wires and garbage , sucked. I was asked " I suppose you want us to come take care of it" wow. Plus the fact that I was told they could not write him for any violation that they had to turn it over to another agency. Wow. So now this year 2019 it has started again and screw it , he knows they wont do anything major to him so he is not going to stop till he is fined.
