I can't speak highly enough of Brittany. She is not only phenomenal at running the front office like a well oiled machine, but in addition to maintaining the day to day organization required for a business like this, she is definitely a skilled plumber in her own right. She has very knowledgeably professionally walked me through trouble shooting in order to save both of us time and money by fundamentally setting up the most effective plan of attack for the most efficiently cost effective managed job possible. She will not up sell ever, which i not only appreciate, but respect as well. Randy is a really great guy, and totally sensed his commitment to not only get the job done, but to be totally honest, and fair with his assessment, completion, and fair billable hours.
