Great water district, have never had an issue. The lady who left the last review. If you were seriously considering moving because of your water. The problem may not be with the water district. I’m willing it was more of an empty threat.

The 2 staff members that are typically in the main office were very unpleasant to work with, offered zero solutions to my questions, and were unwilling to help find the right person to talk to, so I could get my questions answered. I adore central park and my home I've owned for 2 years, but the fees, and lack of autopay/online payment has me anticipating moving.

People there are helpful and friendly and we never really had a problem with the quality of the water. However the company does seem to have some very antiquated systems in place and no real website for customers to view, understand and pay bills. Maybe one day they'll move into the 21st century. Not that it really matters though because if you live in the area, you don't have a choice - you have to use them.
