Very helpful company and knows what they are talking about. After dealing with numerous companies regarding my grease trap problems and not being able to give me a solution, these guys immediately was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I recently had my grease trap cleaned and line hydro jetted but it kept overflowing. When I called the plumber they said it was a grease trap problem but when I called the plumbing company they said that it was the plumbing.
When I finally had it with both my grease and plumbing company. I went on google and found these guys. I told them the situation and right away they were able to tell me where ther problem was which was between the grease intecptor and the clean out. The fact that I had to supposedly experts that couldn’t figure this out was very upsetting and a person over the phone was able to tell me what the problem was shows how unexperienced these people are. After spending thousands of dollars for emergency off hours fee. This could have been handled if I would have found these guys right away. Definitely worth it to work with someone that can do it all and understands how to work with grease traps and restaurant plumbing. I highly suggest these guys so you won’t go crazy trying to figure out who to call if you have problems with your drains or grease trap interceptor.
By the way when I called these guys in it took them no more than an hours to resolve my problem and I didn’t have to get my grease trap pumped again because it was overflowing.
