J and the crew looked out for me when I really needed it. You don’t always come across those kind of people. Good dudes. Good mechanics. My rig was losing brake fluid and I wouldn’t have realized it until it was too late if it wasn’t for them. They helped me get back safely on my way and managed to lift my spirits a good bit just by being genuinely nice people. My expectations weren’t just met, and as exceeded as they were, I was simply refreshed by the hospitality. Most importantly, I am grateful to have my “baby” back and on the road again. Thanks again, y’all.
I brought my car in after work 2 days ago. I had a "break fluid low, maintenance immediately " warning on my instrument panel that flashed the day before and that morning. So I shared this info and asked the tech to check the break fluid and add what it needed. I hadn't even sat for more than 10 minutes when they came in to ring me up. I mentioned how surprised i was that it was already done. So I asked the guy at the counter if they had checked break fluid because i got a warning it was low. He went and asked and was told the fluid was full and not low so it must be n electrical issue. I was told they checked all my fluids and topped them off. Stating no charge for doing that. Then slapped me with a $130 bill. But gave me a $23 dollar disc. This was about 35 more than the last time i brought it in . Anyway. My break fluid is low came backthe next morning & afternoon. So i took it to anoithet shop to have it checked and yep. It was very low. In fact all the fluids were. Wiper fluid was not topped off as stated. I have doubt the oil filter they listed on my bill was even replaced at this point. I called and informed them I took it to another shop who informed me what hadnt been done. All i was told is it would be passed on to the manager.
HORRIBLE.
