Just moved from another state and was nervous about finding a great place to take my SUV for routine maintenance. I called ahead to see if an appointment was necessary and was greeted by a very friendly technician who told me I could just stop by whenever worked best.
Stopped by the next day for an oil change and tire rotation. They also inspected everything to make sure it was in working order. Whole process took about 45 minutes, waaay faster than any shop from where I lived before. The price was very reasonable, and the shop never tried to upsell me on anything. The technician went over a list of recommendations and explained if any were absolutely necessary or if they were just things that could be done or would be coming in the future.
The technician also explained things in a way that I could understand, was patient with questions, and never made me feel like I was "just a silly girl..." I will definitely be returning, as the service was exceptional.
