Usually I wouldn’t care about a bad experience, I would just move on. But I came in asking for an oil change and off the bat the employee was rude and impatient. Told me to pull into the open bay, which mind you there was a car being serviced in the number 1 bay, and chains blocking off number 2 and 3. When I ask which one to go into he told me to pull into “the open one”, again I have no idea which one he means as I see all three blocked off. When I asked for a second time he just sounded rude, impatient, and annoyed, so I just ended up driving away. Guy with the ginger/reddish beard should be talked to. I don't know what you’re dealing with but hope it gets better. Again, I’m a pretty patient guy who would just move on but this was frustrating.

Very quick and responsive. Came with my issue and then offered to check my engine light for free. Straight forward with reasonable places of recommendations and other places to look at who can take care of my truck. Very respectful and great staff. Definitely recommend

I always get amazing service here. I intentionally pass by 3 Jiffy Lubes and 2 other shops to go here. The drive is worth getting quality and trustworthy work done.
