I reserved my space in line on the Great Clips website, so I didn't have to wait an hour at the salon. It worked out really well and even had a timer/countdown and a 15 minute beforehand text. I really enjoyed the haircut that Alma gave me. She did a great job listening to what I want even though I definitely didn't explain myself very well. And she was easy to talk to but didn't push a conversation (perfect for this introvert!)

The Wenatchee location is a quick place to pick up a good haircut when you have an irregular work or travel schedule. I've used them twice now and have received excellent haircuts.

Haircuts are decent, but appointments mean nothing. I’ve made appointments twice and showed up to an hour wait. When I asked they said there was walkins five minutes before my appointment.
