Had a horrible experience. My husband took my 14 yr old son for a hair cut for it to be uneven and half his eye brow taken off. Noticed it soon as his dad walked in the door with him. Like I don't understand how it even happen and she knew she did it why not say something. Have been trying to call and can't get through

If your not on a list before you come to this place don't even bother coming in I was. Sitting there for almost a hr with the only one in line if someone walks in after you your at the end of the line again. I won't be back unless I call ahead

The gal that did my hair was younger, very polite. Took the time to make sure she fully understood what I would like. Will be back!

8/24 I took my kiddo in she loved the haircut, but wanted it shorter. I told her we have at least 3 days of REAlly sure well come back. Kiddo cut it anyway on her own. Went back and Jess took care of her no problems. She is such a great person. She is the ONLY GAL me and kiddo will see. Thank you from bottom of my heart😍❤
