I don’t leave reviews but I have to with this experience. I was at this location at around 2 pm. The gal that cut my hair I’ve never seen before. Young, very thin profile with blue hair. She did an absolute horrible job. I’ve been here about 6 times prior and never had an issue. My cut is pretty common. Skin fade with it fading to a 1/2 on the left side up to the hard part. Right side is blended. She didn’t even get to the skin and at first. She was doing a 1/2 all around and I repeated myself a couple times until she finally understood. Then, when she went to “blend” the rest it wasn’t even blended. I tried saying it needs to be blended more but she kept saying “ok”. Never had someone not understand what I was describing. She struggled very hard to fade up to the hard part. That was really bad. So after repeating myself over and over I just gave up, left, and went to the location in Graham. They fixed it thankfully and they were even confused as to why it was done so horribly. If the owner of this location sees this, you should be getting a call from the location in Graham. They couldn’t find me after putting in my phone number for some reason. I’m pretty sure you’ll hear about how bad the cut was. Please, if you have people in there that aren’t able to preform certain haircuts, make sure they aren’t doing so because this was embarrassing.
