Took my 5 year old in for her first haircut ever. We checked in online and I called ahead to ask if they cut kids hair. Person on the phone was nice. The lady who cut my child's hair (did not get name, she was a older with white hair) sat her down at a dirty chair/table. I'm talking the previous person's hair was all over the table and towel and the scissors and clippers were sitting there-dirty. You can see it in the picture. When she picked up the scissors to cut her hair I said "aren't those dirty? There's someone's hair all over that table" she just said "yes" and stared at me. Then asked if I wanted her to sanitize them. Yes I do. The lady kept shoving my child's head forward instead of redirecting her with words. And would do so with the scissors in hand, even told her she's cut herself with them a few times. Nice. My kid is not difficult to work with, by the way. I'd admit it if so.The cut was crooked and when I mentioned it she cut some and said no it's not. Then at the end she asked me how many inches we cut. I said maybe 3-4 and she insisted it was at least 5. Not sure what that's about. Wish I wasn't so nice because this ruined the first haircut experience and I still tipped. Not worth 25 dollars for 10 minutes in a dirty chair.
