Was able to use Great Clips "apps" and the day of my trim, I was (as I remember) 5th in line- approx 18mins- recevied notice about 10-15 mins late, "make my way" to store, I was next- got there in time, took a seat and after several mins wainting, I was in a chair getting my trim! Very Happy with trim, (can't remember gals name who gave me my trim) But this is exactly why I keep going back tp GREAT CLIPS, always happy with my experience!! :-)
