Diane's been our agent for over 11 years. She worked with us on purchasing our first home many years ago. Through that time she was extremely patient with us as we scoured to find the perfect home! She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the housing market! As VA buyers she knew how difficult this would be. It took us over 2 yrs (we are extremely picky) to find that perfect one. Diane was patient and understanding and didn't want us to settle just to get into a home. Now 9 years later she helped us sell our home! It was the easiest process and it sold in 3 days! We are so happy and thankful to have Diane Dames as our agent. We live out of State so we’re not able to attend to the renovations ourselves. Diane helped us from beginning to end overseeing the project till every last details were done. Once the property was on the market, she came up with creative ideas to help us sell the property and it did. We would not ask another realtor to sell our Property other than her.
