Kathy at Great Floors helped us find what we needed at the best price possible, and went the extra mile to make sure that quality and timing were taken care of in every way! The installers, Hector and Dayana, were absolutely amazing!! Their work was not just fast & efficient, but also of the highest quality and attention to detail - and they were not just hard working, but sweet and personable and attentive to our questions and needs throughout the day!! We absolutely recommend this store, because of Kathy: for the product and customer service! We absolutely recommend this installation, because of Hector and Dayana: for the install/finish work and customer service Thank you!! ☺️

Ridiculous We needed more flooring they wanted a $200 freight fee through the Burlington Great Floors. Called Kent Great Floors Store they ordered it without the $200 extra for freight told it be 2 to 4 weeks. I don't even know how many people I have talked to at the Burlington Great Floors but Absolutely don't recommend them. I have been lied to multiple times, hung up on, etc. We ordered this flooring on May 4th it is now June 14th almost 6 weeks later called Burlington store yesterday was told it would be in today they would call me about noon. That came and went so I called them only to be disconnected. Call again now I talk to Dale they are saying the 20th but Dale said he would see what was going on and call me back. If doing business with the Burlington Great Floors Dale is the only one I would recommend to work with as he said he would call back and he is doing everything he can to get my flooring here faster.

It was tough Months into a simple flooring project. Still not finished. Every time we call they say the materials just got in “yesterday” and they’ll finish by the end of the week. The cigarette butts all over the yard where a nice touch too. I appreciate that....3/7 they just tacked on 547.82 cents to our bill and they still haven’t finished.Update 5/6 Since my last post they sent someone out to measure...and they’ve not done a single thing!!!!! I made the mistake of paying, so they don’t seem to care or remember us. I’ll be filing against them shortly, despite the owner claiming the job is done..the pictures are still 100% current. Update 5/16. Spoke to manger last Wednesday, gave him a full 7 days...didn't call me back. Left him a VM this morning. Update 5/29 We're done. I do feel like in the last week Shad, did go out of his way to make sure this thing got wrapped up. The work is amazing and it's unfortunate it went this way...but the floors do look amazing.
