Great floors customer satisfaction is second to none. We had a problem with the installation of our LVP flooring and they went to great lengths and expense to fix it properly and in a timely manner to meet our timeline to have it done. Thank you Todd for your consideration and attention to detail. We love our floor and are very happy with the results. We will not hesitate to use you again if we have more flooring needs.

High quality flooring and outstanding customer service. Wasn’t thrilled with my options at Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Lumber Liquidators and found Great Floors by lucky accident. It was so nice to have the excellent customer service by someone extremely knowledgeable. The gentleman in the picture helped me find a much better option then any I had seen previously at a price to fit my budget and needs.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Great Floors. They are friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and have made ours and our family/friends experience pleasant. We will continue using them and referring them.
