Had plenty to choose from. However, customer service was poor. One rep was trying to avoid eye contact. And the other told us where to look, but refused to assist. On our way out, everyone disappeared and the 2 remaining employees were arguing at their desks. We definitely did not feel welcomed as a customer. Won’t be back to this location.

Excellent sample inventory. I found exactly what I wanted 3 different times for 3 different rooms. Quick turnaround on carpet orders. Can handle custom orders, such as area rugs designed by me made from carpet material sourced from them! I visited other carpet retailers and found them wanting. Keep coming back to Great Floors.

Not good. Showroom samples of products that had been discontinued required extra trips to choose alternatives into an area under heavy construction. Picked out hardwood flooring that was ordered but didn't arrive for 6 weeks. When flooring arrived, the installer had quit great floors. I had to pick up the flooring myself and had to locate a private installer.The carpet for the stairway was installed on time but is not wearing well after only l month. The only bright spot in the whole thing was the salesman Mitch, he went to bat for us. I wouldn't recommend Great Floors.
