Disclaimer: We weren't able to place an order with GLBC due to our very short timeline, but I had the opportunity to work with Ian and Jeff on building our quote. They were both kind, extremely responsive, and professional, despite the chaotic and nearly impossible nature of our project.
We had reached out to a few other box companies and they were the only ones who asked about our project in immense detail to ensure their product was a good fit. I also pinged Jeff throughout the day with questions, which he happily answered almost instantly.
It's rare to come across individuals like this who care about things beyond the sale. I will 1000% be reaching out to GLBC for future projects as well as refer them to friends and family.
