My primary care physician recommended that I see a dermatologist for some skin abnormalities. Made the appointment and was scheduled to see Shauna Cole. The check in was fast, and had minimal wait time. Ms Cole did a thorough examination of my skin and recommended that I have some pre-cancerous lesions on my face frozen. After answering all my questions she went ahead with the procedure, and 3 weeks out, it looks amazing. Can’t say enough about ms.Cole and the staff. They put my mind at ease and spoke to me as a human being, not livestock in a mill. Thank you all.
Respected the request to arrive 15 minutes early for a 2:10 pm appointment.I was immediately taken into a room and asked to put on a paper gown leaving undergarments on.I was told the doctor would be “right in”. After waiting until 2:45, I started to get dressed as I could no longer stand the cold. The room was freezing.
Why are we asked to respect the appointment time and make sure to arrive early but the office does not respect our time? I think waiting 30 minutes for someone to arrive is unreasonable considering THEY set the appointment time. And it is inhuman to ask someone to remain in their skivvies in the cold for that length of time.
There were certainly enough staff to revisit my room and advise me of the wait. I would have gotten dressed again and waited in comfort.
Not a pleasant experience. Will think long and hard before returning.
