Highly recommend. They put in a master bath, upgraded the kitchen, new flooring, cedar ceilings in two rooms and much much more. They were always on time, detailed contract so no surprises, and finished up in the time frame quoted. I’ve used them a few more times for electrical updates, new roof, and repairing drain issues around property. Can’t say enough about how easy they are to work with 👍

Green Acres Construction renovated our beloved 1890’s home in Angels Camp and we couldn’t be happier about how everything turned out. The project included structural improvements, total renovation of the kitchen and two bathrooms, finishing out a sunroom, a laundry room/mudroom addition, and new flooring and paint throughout. In other words, it was a total gut of an old house that hadn’t been touched since the 60’s and needed some love. Casey and Matt handled everything – planning, permitting, estimating, and even helped us coordinate with the best local resources for materials and finishes. They stayed mindful of our budget while helping maximize it, offering suggestions and alternatives. It was a challenging remodel due to the age and condition of the home, but Matt, Casey and the entire crew totally delivered on all aspects of the project, from beginning to end. We are really impressed with the quality of workmanship, communication, timeliness and level of professionalism these guys brought to the job every day. It’s obvious that they take a lot of pride in what they do – and it shows in every detail. The final product has brought us so much joy and we couldn’t be happier in our ‘new’ old home. Our friends and family have been blown away by the transformation and have even expressed that they wished they had used GAC! For us, GAC epitomizes quality, craftsmanship and integrity. If you’re thinking about doing any kind of project, big or small, go with GAC and you will not be let down. We will definitely be coming back to them with all our future projects. Green Acres Construction is an outstanding, diligent, and a value-based contractor. We hired them to rebuild and replace over 1,500 square feet of Trex decking as well as multiple staircases. The job was extremely complicated since the team had to replace over 100 pressure treated joists and five massive 18 to 20 ft beams that were as high as 25 feet off the ground. Since our company employs a variety of contractors to work with us in federal installations, we are extremely familiar with talented and less than talented vendors. The GAC team is at the top of the talented scale headed by Matt and Casey, and team members Rodney, Patrick and Elijah. They were always on time, focused on worker safety, completed incredible feats of construction utilizing ladders, ramps and pulleys, and kept us informed at all times of project costs. Their contractor pricing was very reasonable, particularly based upon the complicated job they had to complete. Should we have the need for contractor services both personally and professionally, you can be assured that we will again hire GAC to do the job.
