The other posts are correct: This park is well kept and clean. My poor review stems from a lack of understanding of customer service by the owners. We had booked and paid for an 11 day stay. Regretfully we had to cut our trip short. The owners were unwilling to refund our money. I offered them a customer service solution. If they can rent the space during the 7 days then refund me at a later time. If they cannot rent the space (which based on the park occupancy was unlikely) then keep my money for non rented days. They declined to comment. Buyer beware!

Being from way out of town I was apprehensive about staying here based on satellite images of the campground and surrounding area from Google maps. I was pleasantly surprised with what I found upon arrival. The folks in the office stayed open late after I gave them my ETA when they called to confirm my reservation. The pads looked brand new and the pull thru sites at the back of the park were huge. The seriously sturdy fence behind the sites did an excellent job of separating the campground from the surrounding neighborhood. The campground was well maintained, had great lighting, and was very quiet. The group I was traveling with stayed in a hotel closer to the heart of Redding and had homeless folks patrolling the parking lot at all hours. There was nothing like that at Green Acres. If I were to RV through Redding again in the future I would 100% stay here again.

So this review is strictly based on Customer Service. We had a month stay booked and I was notified my job will be changing so we can’t make the trip. Cheryl was incredibly helpful and understanding. Looking forward to the day we make it up to spend some time at the RV park.
