Pros: Scheduling was easy and fast. Other companies that came highly recommended were booked out until mid-December. Nick, who provided our service, was nice and polite. Communication before the service (appointment reminders and the "I'm on the way" text) was great.

Cons: Cost. We paid $185 just for someone to come out and $265 to have our gas fireplace cleaned. Nick suggested we touch up the interior paint, which he was going to do with a can of high heat spray paint for $170!!! What?! So glad I said no, because it turns out, my husband has 2 cans of the same paint in our laundry room and is more than capable of doing that himself. Also, the canvas tarp Nick used to cover our fireplace hearth and carpet left a noticeable pattern of black reside behind on our brick (and likely our carpet too, but that's harder to see). Thankfully, I was able to clean it off - but it created work for me. I emailed Shawn as soon as I noticed the residue, just letting him know it had occurred and may want to be something they consider for future jobs. Zero response. That was 9 days ago. Communicative until there's an issue isn't a good sign. Nor is it a good way to keep customers. A Simple "Sorry about that and thanks for letting us know!" would have been nice.

Overall, I would recommend their services but think they're definitely over priced.
