Unfortunately for me it was a bad experience. As read in other reviews, the initial quote for cleaning my sectional went up due to the size - made sense but wasn’t expecting it (be super descriptive and give measurements when getting a quote) also, because the dirt the technician recommended a deep cleaning (initial quote $300 to $400) he finished very fast and working from home and in meetings, I couldn’t revise his work in detail, I trusted (2nd error). I assumed the deep cleaning included the rear part of the sectional, detailing the edges and welt seams, which 20 min later I realized the rear part wasn’t touched at all, the welt seams and some parts of the edges were still dirty. So sad, the webpage look professional but their standards are very poor.

Before you use them call around, "Avoid at all costs" They will quote you one price over the phone, but when they come to your house, they will immediately add more then they tell you over the phone, they finished like in 20 minutes and said carpet would be dried in 4 hours carpet is still really wet after 6 hours, think they would be honest as much they charged for two small rooms. Please don't use their services, look for a better carpet service company.

While we used this company twice, we'll not use them again. Actually they asked us not to call.
They do not return phone calls, Will not tell you their names on the phone.
We had them clean a carpet which was stained. The technician who came told us he could remove the stain and quoted and extra $100 which we agreed to and paid.
The stain came back as soon as the carpet dried. After numerous phone calls a second technician came out. He was 1 hour and 15 minutes late . Cleaned the stains and left. As soon as the carpet dried the stain came back. When I called them their response was, this is a damaged carpet and would take a lot more cleanings to remove the stain and "I'm not going to send a technician out there over and over for $100" I said "Fine, refund my money, since the technician said he could remove the stain." They said no and told me not to call them again.. I won't.
