As a homeowner that did addition to the property, the city required us to use Green Halo System software to enter the debris receipt. My husband called Green Halo System to get help and the lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is not helpful at all. Very disappointed.

It is the first bad review I write but I was not going to let this experience go over. Green Halo has the worst customer service!!! I have never dealt with a rude person like Belinda. Instead of trying to help me, she started talking over me and giving a really bad attitude. If people dont't like their job, they should find something that will make them happy instead of making them miserable. I only wanted to cancel an account and get a refund for something I did not use.
