We had a wonderful experience working with Chelsea at Green Lake Jewelry Works to design my engagement ring and wedding band set. We never made it to the store in person, so I can only speak to the online experience, but that interface was efficient and easy to use. Chelsea was very communicative and patient as we refined our design. I'm thrilled with my rings and their delicate, detailed engraving, and I'd recommend this store to anyone, especially those looking to create fully or semi-custom jewelry.

My fiance and I were engagement ring shopping together and after trying multiple stores I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and uniqueness of Greenlake jewelers rings and was very happy to hear that they could make a custom ring for us, and its price is essentially similar to that of premade rings already in stores. Britt, our artist ring stylist, checked in with us multiple times during the process and I LOVE the end result, it is fantastically beautiful.

We purchased our wedding bands here and i'm so happy! They are well known for their custom designs but also offer a wide selection of pre-made designs, which fit better within our timeline. I was impressed with the variety of curved ("shadow") bands as I was struggling to find this style elsewhere. Erich worked with us and he was amazing! He pulled out options that aligned with my idea and he found the perfect one that provided the perfect curve and design to pair with my engagement ring. His experience was invaluable in guiding our decisions. He helped us consider factors like long-term wear and maintenance, ensuring we felt confident in our choices. Excited to be wearing our rings officially now!
