Dude went out of his way to help me move. Didn't have to lift a finger, but even used his personal truck in his spare time to haul a trailer load of my stuff to its new destination.

Ignores messages to the nth degree. Very slow with reacting to maintenance or emergency concerns. I’ve never seen such bad property maintenance. This is my first and only ever bad review of anything on google, but I feel like people need to know. I do not recommend.
