Green team customer service is awesome. Laura is professional, courteous, efficient,& patient with this 78 yr old hearing impaired citizen. I called regarding broken metal garbage and recycle bins in our condo. This is the 2nd time I have used this service. both times things were taken care of in 48 hours usually less.

Our weekly Friday morning pickup in 95125 is regularly skipped, leaving cans out for at least one additional night. As a bonus, when this happens, they do an incredibly loud and reckless speed run to collect the remaining cans before 6am on Saturday morning. Thanks for waking us, our baby, and I’m sure the entire neighborhood up bright and early to really get the most out of the weekend.
