Extremely honest people. This is the only shop I would have our cars fixed at. My father worked at Boeing with a guy who sold cars and he only took his cars here. I've taken my mustang here to get fixed after it sat for 6 years. I've taken another Ford here to have the serpentine belt tensioner fixed after my wife drove the car off a curb pretty hard, pretty sure it wasn't just the one time she did this....
My mustang was purchased 12 years ago, this shop did the pre-purchase inspection and I never had problems with it, until I let it sit for 6 years. The fuel pump needed to be replaced, they agreed and fixed it and now it runs great. They didn't offer to fix a million things that weren't broken.
Years ago my buddy brought his car to a different shop who kept calling him to tell him about all the problems they found. He declined and got a second opinion and non of what they said was broken actually was broken.
This biggest issue with mechanic shops is whether you can trust them to fix what is actually broken, without trying to scam you, because most of us aren't car people and can't verify without getting a second opinion. This shop is trustworthy, and the people that work here aren't going to screw you over.
