Greenacres Nursery

We drove out to the Trent location after being referred there from the Harvard location to see mature trees. We were told when we got there after finding a tree we liked that "Walter" doesn't talk to people about delivery over the phone and that he wasn't there that day. We would have to come back tomorrow morning. So we drove back the next morning to talk to Walter. He was exceptionally rude. I now see that we were supposed to take the hint the day before and just not come back. He gave us one reason after another why we couldn't/shouldn't buy a tree. After listening to the excuses and bluster, I commented that it sounded like he didn't want to sell us a tree. He then ordered us off the wholesale lot and finally admitted that he didn't want to sell us a tree. Well, he could have saved us time and told us that upfront. We just wanted to purchase a tree and schedule a planting for the appropriate season and first available time. You'd think we were asking to have the space shuttle built in our backyard. Note that their website says they have tree cranes but we were told at the Harvard location they don't deliver. Then at the Trent location we were told they do deliver...but apparently just not to us. It's not a friendly place for the general public to buy. It's really just for landscape company purchases. Avoid!!

Bought trees on a proximately 5/13/23 at the Trent location. It looked horrible. They said they would deliver the trees and install. Then in September I started calling and messaging them. They had lost the trees we had purchased that had been marked. They baulked at installing, kept leading us on. They kept saying please provide a receipt. Finally in November I went through my credit card statements and got them to refund the money I paid in May. Don't trust them.

I could walk all day here! Acres and acres of trees, plants, flowers, and greenhouses. So much inventory and varieties!
