Did their mad scientist cocktail/mocktail lab for a work event and it was super fun! Definitely recommend. Concept is so great and the host is super helpful and knowledgeable guiding you through the experience and your experiments.

We came here for a double date and Jen was such an amazing host, knowledgeable, and it was just so much fun experimenting with so many different variants of spice, liquor, tea, bitters and so much more. Will definitely be returning. Thank you 😊

I had the privilege of attending the Mad Scientist Cocktail Lab at the Greenfire Loft over the weekend and just needed to take a few minutes to rave about the wonderful experience. We had a six person group attend a private event where we were instructed in making smoked old fashions, gimlets, mojitos, and then allowed free range of a wide assortments of bitters, herbs, bases, and a variety of liquors. One particular highlight was using the smoke machine to effectively generate our own mezcal using a Blanco tequila base. The event involved some prompting of various drinks we could use as a basis and then free range experimentation with a wide arrangement of different ingredients. The host (Jen) was incredibly friendly and happy to offer suggestions and prompts, while also allowing us all the freedom to try our own creations. My initial skepticism around the adventure quickly gave way to the fun of a truly unique adventure that I have never had before. Additionally the location was beautiful and scattered through the loft we kept discovering fun oddities that generated a lot of discussion. While making our own mixed drinks we were provided with a steady supply of snacks to keep up the energy. Truly a top shelf experience that I would encourage anyone of legal drinking age to try!
