Battle For Long Better Health! In January 2012, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had 2 operations in March. First one to remove a lump and one positive lymph node. Three weeks later, second one was to remove 10 lymph nodes under the armpit. 6 nodes were positive. Later revealed, she had HER2 positive. Doctors said they are more aggressive and grow faster than other breast cancers without treatment. She was in Stage 2a because it had spread to under her armpit. She had a long draining chemotherapy treatment with Herceptin for over 18 months. Then radiotherapy 5 days a week for 4 weeks.
