STAY AWAY FROM SUBSCRIPTIONS!
Product is GREAT!
SERVICE...is TERRIBLE!
I was SOOOOOOOOO happy with the product, that I signed up for a subscription. HOWEVER, the company does not actually FILL the subscription orders (they charge you and never send anything).
Last year, after my first complaint of nothing arriving, it took 4 emails, and 4 voice messages over the course of 4 weeks for someone to actually return a message.
I was told they are a small operation, and trying to work it out. They then sent me the product the next day (3 weeks late), which sadly, had an expiry date in 2 weeks.
This exact issues continued for MONTHS (subscription payment charged; NO product sent; me having to reach someone multiple times to get the items shipped).
They assured me this issue would be corrected, but that never happened.
2 months ago, I reached out again via email, as again, they charged me for the product, and never sent it. I informed them that once I am charged, I am expecting the product to be sent within a few days (just like they do with the single online orders) - I do not have the time to be following up with them every week leaving messages and emails, trying to determine why the product I paid for was not sent. I also asked what the point of having a subscription, if this is what I need to do every month?
Elle (who was my main point of contact) received this email, read it twice (I have an email tracker), and never bothered to respond or apologize.
Low and behold, 3 days later, the overdue product arrived.
The last charge to my card was February 11. A week later I emailed Elle, and told her that as AGAIN my product was not sent, to just refund the money I paid, and cancel my subscription.
Again, she read my email (twice), never responded, and NEVER refunded my money. It is now February 28, and after confirming with my bank that no refunds were ever initiated, I had to process a chargeback.
FANTASTIC product...but when there are this many issues with customer service, it leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.
I won't buy from them again, until they up their game; provide better customer service; and send orders within the time period they guarantee.
