We couldn’t get into our regular veterinary same day and were dealing with an urgent matter. Going forward we will be bringing both our dogs here.
Kelsey was AMAZING. She made sure to get me the soonest appointment. Was very communicative. Was very knowledgeable about medications and the procedure. It made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their care. After the check up the doctor explained everything and clearly had compassion and empathy. I had a last minute question, right before closing about medication and Kelsey was able to answer it promptly! Of important note, the office appeared to be down a receptionist. Kelsey was juggling calls, multiple clients, animals, and myself flawlessly.
We have been with Greenwood Animal Hospital for nearly 10 years now. This place is easily the very best veterinary clinic/hospital I've ever been to.
The techs out front are all wonderful and very clearly all love animals. They're always so happy to see every pet that comes in even though they must see countless animals throughout their work.
Their prices are also very reasonable. They'll always give you a cost breakdown invoice as well and even give ranges for things like surgeries so you're not surprised by any increases due to any issues that arise.
We've taken our old pug Barney here (now passed), our Boston Terrier Mosby, our cat Bulma, and our pug puppies Berry and Melon here, and we will be continuing to come back.
Also great is the fact that the doctors always send such detailed follow up emails after visits with information, recommendations, etc. Honestly I don't even know where they find the time, and as a clinician myself I'm very impressed with the dedication.
