Great company! I called several (5) companies after a heat pump quit pumping and they were the only ones that called me back, provided a quote and ultimately fixed the issue. Tech’s were great, office was great. Thanks!

We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and the service worker was on time as scheduled. He diagnose the issue quickly and resolved our problem with the Thermostat. We have done business with Greenwood for many years and highly recommend them. Always respectful with our home and very knowledgeable.

From start to finish everything was excellent. The comfort advisor spent more time than allotted to be sure all my questions were addressed. The service techs who did the installation were courteous and took the time to answer my additional questions. They performed a complete test of the system upon completion of the installation and then gave me a detailed run through of the whole system and thermostat operation. I highly recommend Greenwood.
