I was able to get renters insurance for the 1st time in my life. Got a good Quote. They had all the paperwork done in 1day. AWESOME JOB DONE.

We were duped into switching to the Milewise plan by this agency during the pandemic with the assurance that we wouldn't be penalized if we needed to switch back. Huge lie! Our rate was @750/6months before and then $1300/6months initially when we switched back. The "corrected" it but it's now 800+ rather than what we were at previously. They've been completely unsympathetic to our frustration. Even though we knew they were more expensive, we stayed because we're loyal (25+ years w Allstate). We'll be moving to another insurer ASAP. Avoid this agency at all costs.
