Today I had the most thorough tooth cleaning ever, without pain! It is good to be so confident about their care.
Update; my temp crown popped of today, a holiday for many, yet they were open and promptly made a new one. They ALWAYS take great care of me! Love all of the staff. 1/15/2024
Dr. Kuo squeezed me in with my husband's appointment and saved a front tooth! We have been going to Dr. Kuo for over 25 years, they never let us down.
Today I had a root canal done by Dr. KUO and I SO appreciate his fast and competent work. He always manages to give the right amount of novicane so there's no pain. Janet assists expertly and tends to the patients needs. Thank you all for making a tough procedure go smoothly.

I would give zero star if I can. I had a routine teeth cleaning with them last month. While doing it, there were some checkup. A crown done by him was still a little bit sensitive, so I told the technician that, but I also mentioned it is not really significant. She went ahead brough in the doctor and said they would make it perfect without mentioning anything. Now a month later, I got a $107 bill for adjustment. When I called in to ask the charge, the front desk was very condescending and rude. I would say it is the worst I have ever seen. She first said it was not that big a deal, then gave me a lecture that I needed to ask about the cost ahead of time, then basically hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor.

Kuo’s office is great, I have been going for months. Excellent fast service, exceptionally kind hygienists, zero hassle. If you have teeth, this is the right dentist for you. 6/5 stars.
