I recently reached out to Gregs Garage to promote my business, but unfortunately, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. From the beginning of the conversation, it was clear that he had no interest in hearing what I had to say. He was rather dismissive, interrupting me and cutting me off mid-sentence. As a fellow business owner, I was shocked and disappointed by their lack of respect. It's common courtesy to at least hear out someone who is reaching out to you, regardless of whether or not you're interested in their services. The way Greg treated me was completely unacceptable. As a result of this negative experience, I would never consider doing business with this shop. If this is how they treat potential partners or clients, I can only imagine how they treat their current ones. If you're looking for a business that values professionalism and respects other entrepreneurs, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

Greg's Garage is now my go-to mechanic shop. I had an issue with my car that had been going on for a couple of years, and his team was the first to finally identify the issue and repair it. Now my car drives smoother than ever. I really appreciate how Greg explains the root of each problem in detail and what action was taken to fix it. I'm impressed. My husband and I will definitely be back for any more auto repair needs for our vehicles.
