Terrible management & upkeep. Change machines NEVER, NEVER, EVER work!!!. I have to go over to Dollar Tree or Safeway & wait in line to ask for quarters but they usually can't give more than a buck or two. In addition to never having quarters and the machine stealing your bills..I've also spotted COCKROACHES rite out in the open crawling on appliances, floors & even the Coke machine! The owner needs to either put in the effort & upkeep or just SELL the place to someone who actually CARES about running a functional profitable business!! But until then, me and my family's laundry business will be going to the one not far away in Live Oak..where things actually WORK… Good luck people!! LoL. :)
