The team at Griffith Park Roofing Services were highly skilled. Their boss, howard, personally met me at my residence and provided a detailed rundown of the task at hand before any work was initiated. Despite the rain pushing the job back for about a week, someone was always there to call and update me on my situation. The workers who mended my roof were clean and precise. Adding a cherry on top, we experienced rain a few days post repair and as of now, no leaks. I would surely vouch for them and if I ever need roofing work in Los Angeles done again, they will be my initial call. A very satisfying encounter. i just can't express enough how brilliant EVERYONE who stands for this organization was.

My father-in-law, who is 84 years old and lives right next door, needed a new roof for his 1700 square foot, single-story house in Los Angeles. Despite his sharp mind, it made sense for us to handle the roofing search. We interviewed five different roofers and spoke to many more. One outrageous company tried to quote us triple our next highest bid. We sat through countless self-promoting presentations and stories. All we wanted was a simple asphalt shingle roof. That's when we met Ryan from a reputable roofing company. He was on time, polite, humble, and informative. After a concise and straightforward meeting, my father-in-law and I agreed that Ryan was the one for the job. We checked their references and all the legal stuff, and everything was to our liking. We gave Ryan the green light, and he promptly secured the necessary permits, scheduled inspections, and ordered materials. They asked for a $1000 down payment and didn't request more until the job was complete. Their team was very professional and kept us updated about the project's progress. The day they discovered 18 sheets of bad plywood during the roof removal, they had a team of eight people working on the roof. Their workdays started at 0700 hrs and ended at sunset. All the plywood, rafter tails, and facia board replacements were agreed upon in the contract before the work began. I was taken aback by their thoroughness. They maintained the cleanest job site I've ever seen. Any miscommunications were quickly addressed. For instance, I noticed they had installed a standard ridge cap instead of the ventilated one we ordered. I brought this up with Brent, who was working on-site. He immediately called his father, and despite my offer to skip the vented cap, he insisted on fulfilling their promise. Within an hour, the team was back on the roof, replacing the standard cap with the ventilated one. To top it off, they even painted the replaced plywood, rafter tails, and facia boards. It's clear this is a family-run business, and their employees work hard and are treated well. I cannot find a single reason, from cost to job completion, not to recommend them. You won't regret choosing them for your roofing needs! My father-in-law is overjoyed with the result. Their hard work and excellent job are greatly appreciated.

Understanding that our roof needed a replacement sooner rather than later, we decided to solicit some estimates for the job. We requested quotes from three different companies and the same day, Devin was on the scene to personally inspect our roof prior to providing a quote. Devin climbed up on the roof and assessed everything that would need to be replaced in order to give us the most precise estimate. A few short weeks later, Devin and his team were diligently removing our old roof and installing a brand new one in its place. The quality of work, professionalism, and warranties, coupled with the price we paid, absolutely exceeded our expectations compared to the competition. Devin also cleaned our gutters and installed gutter screens to prevent leaves from causing blockages. I can't recommend this Los Angeles-based roofer enough for all types of roofing work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
