I feel that medical staff is way too protected from any responsibilities or repercussions/ this hospital had a doctor that made it very clear that my life did not matter because there were other patients with covid this is also another hospital that likes to take life's for entertainment or just because it's so easy there's a lot of leisure staff that thinks serious pain is either funny or not real, there is no medical practice these days there is only for profit industry care so much so that staff actually do verbally and physically abused patients and are very comfortable in doing so.

my boyfriend has been here over 3 times and every time he comes the wait is insanely long. Writing this in the waiting room right now that’s full of patients and haven’t seen one doctor yet and it’s been over 30 min to call anyone in here to get a room. Don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or the people here are just extra slow but usually it takes like 20 mins at any other place to see a doctor. It’s outrageous.

The medical record department was very upset that I came in and asked for them to print off my medical records. But because Gritman changed over their system, my previous records are not linked to my new records online. Therefore, I wanted a copy of them before they have a chance of disappearing. The women in the office were annoyed that it would “take a while”, and made sure to be visibly upset when I told them that I didn’t mind a wait. After my records were done bring printed, instead of communicating that they were ready, they just slammed the folder down on the counter and walked away. Very unprofessional and passive aggressive behavior.
