Also, we appreciated his willingness to repair the dryer internals, since this sort of service would normally be outside the company's scope. Before leaving, our technician offered to take a quick look at our heating system(s). He took a look at our filters, poked around a bit, and determined that we looked like we were in pretty good shape (all free-of-charge).
I can't express how fantastic our experience was. We all can relate to the nightmare that comes with a broken dryer full of damp clothing. Grizzly Home Systems had us back in business before we knew it. The entire visit felt extremely warm and pleasant.
