I visited G2 this past weekend, one of the best customer service experiences of my life. They gave me a tour of their amazing shop. I spent about 45 min's with the owner John and his wife. I was so impressed because there were many existing and past customers lined up waiting to chat with John, and he treated them so great. He obviously values his customers and relationships. John spent a long time talking me through a potential off market purchase that he was not going to financially benefit from. He even called the seller on my behalf to ask many questions that I would have not known to ask, all while people were still waiting to chat with him. If you value honesty, transparency, integrity and a wealth of automotive knowledge this is the place for you. If you get a chance, ask him to make you one of his special Coffees:)

Everything was great!! Scheduling and check in/out was easy and convenient. All staff were friendly and courteous. The technician went over and above making sure my brakes were good. He made me feel like my safety was a top priority for him and I and my car were in good hands.

Had some issues at first with communication at first but sat down with the owner and everything got straightened out. Very knowledgeable people and did great work.
