My husband and I love supporting local businesses - he went in to pick up vitamins there instead of the big box outlets in the area. The product he bought had two price tags ($53 and $55), upon completing the purchase he realized he was charged incorrectly and notified the staff. Though the difference was only a couple dollars the staff refused to refund it and then scribbled our the lower price tag on the bottle. For a company that relies on reputation and customer service we don’t understand how they can afford to lose what would have been loyal customers. We will spend our money supporting other businesses instead.
