My partner and I were willing to deal with a tiny, cramped, dark room for a night on the way to Yosemite, as nowhere else in Groveland had any vacancies. ||We paid $90 for this dusty, dated room, only to find strange, distinctive stains on the white sheets when we pulled back the covers on the bed... After a couple of minutes of searching, we found what was definitely a bed bug, and trapped it in a cup to show the lady at Reception. Quite simply, there was no way we were going to stay in a room with confirmed bed bugs, especially not for $90! ||When my partner showed the owner the bug in the cup and asked for our money back, she did not seem surprised or defensive in the least, meaning that she was well aware of the problem. We got our money back and luckily chanced upon a quaint BnB closer to Yosemite. ||||We definitely dodged a bullet, and I would urge everyone to stay away.

It wasn't worth the $145.00 I paid for 1 night. No electric in bathroom. Only 1 plug 3 ft from the 1 bed and nothing near bed 2. No place to set a suitcase and no place to set toiletries in the bathroom or a towel bar. You have to lay the hand towel on the very small pedestal sink.

The bed was like sleeping on the ground, actually the ground would have been more comfortable. There was no hot water at all, had to clean up with a washcloth and cold water. The ceiling was falling in and there were spiders everywhere. I wasn't comfortable leaving our mountain bikes in the room. If you want to rough it your better off pitching a tent in the middle of nowhere, if you don't definitely don't stay here.
