My wife and I met with Norm Short and his assistant Katherine yesterday to set up a living trust and Last Will and Testament for ourselves, as well as other end of life protections and instructions as well. Norm was great to work with, very easy going and with a great sense of humor. Katherine kept things moving along with her attention to detail. She was also very friendly and personable. They both answered every question we had. They both allowed us to see them as people and not just legal professionals. Don't know when I've enjoyed meeting with an attorney so much.
All our questions were answered and they made it clear they will always be available for any follow up or services we might need. So now my wife and I have the secure comfort of knowing we've now prepared ourselves for the inevitable. We're also confident that thanks to Norm's help and legal counsel we've set things up so that the ugly family fights and meanness that can surround the deaths of family members will be avoided.
