Worst experience of any equipment rental. If I could give negative stars I would. The owner probably would benefit from communication classes and training the employees to actually express the accurate policies of renting and prices. Doesn't respect local customers who have rental history here let alone female clients. Poor employee was super nice and the owner was disrespectful to his own employee. My repeat business is over. I'd drive an extra hour out of my way to not be treated so rudly and will. Gladly. Good luck with this shitshow.

Great company and people! Rented a mini excavator from GSR. They were extremely easy to deal with, super friendly and great customer service. They dropped off and picked up the machine right when they said they would. GSR is the only rental company I will use going forward!
