I’ve been to a conference at the GT Hotel and stood at their room. The Palace Room was big beautiful and everything was clean. I also had the opportunity to stay for two nights at the hotel and it was a great stay.

Booked a 3 night stay. Only ended up staying 1 night. Booked a non smoking room. Got put in a smoking room. The sink did not drain well. The toilet would not flush properly the majority of the time. Pretty sure when I arrived there was drug deals going on in the parking lot as my pulling in spooked them. The last straw was my door being knocked on by random people a few times throughout the night. The latest incident being after midnight. I contacted priceline and the front desk after my door was knocked on after midnight, as this person knocked multiple times. Priceline is working to fix the issue and get me a refund for the last 2 nights but the hotel is being uncooperative. They gave Priceline the excuse that my room is close to the office so that's why my door was knocked on...check in desk was 20 to 30 yards away in a separate building. Avoid this place at all costs. The rooms are not nice and the staff is not willing to help even when random people knock on your door after midnight and make you feel unsafe.

Excellent staff. Very friendly staff and fast check in process. Stayed for a night on the way to Vegas. My room was very clean. The best thing is the location. Will recommend for sure.
