There was some confusion with the sample colors for my garage door and when the door was installed, I questioned the color and found that it was not what I wanted. John was very understanding and replaced the door without a fuss. I'll be buying another door from them soon.

They were very helpful when we picked out our garage doors and even showed me a design error on the height of our rv garage opening so we could correct it during construction. They showed up when needed for installation and were prompt when we had an adjustment problem. Good people
