We are extremely happy with Guaranteed Quality Heating and Air. They replaced our old unit and they were finally able to get rid of the noise from the air return after all these years. Their entire staff from the office manager to the installers were polite, and extremely knowledgeable. The owner was kind and patient. The installers would clean up there work area before leaving every night. The office manager was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Guaranteed Quality Heating and Air to anyone looking to replace their old unit. Thank you for your service.

Sales provided quote for exactly what I requested and made reasonable suggestions. Installers arrived when expected, were clean, tidy and respectful. Especially making sure my front door was always closed, per my request. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Crew to replace our Air Conditioning units were VERY polite, answered our questions, did a great job including being very clean about everything inside the house/attic as well.
