Amazing customer service, great selection of quality goods, even though our purse was not available in the store, they had it shipped to our house in less than 72 hours. You must visit while at the Galleria.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Gucci store. I purchased a pair of sneakers, but when I tried to return them, the store staff refused to accept them, claiming they were in bad condition. This is simply not true.
Moreover, they also refused to exchange them for another pair, despite a previous assurance from a staff member that it was fine to wear them as long as they remained clean and to test how they felt. This inconsistency in their policy is unacceptable.
I strongly advise against visiting this store or doing any business with them. This is not the first time such issues have occurred with customers. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your luxury shopping needs.
